Chief Executive Officer

Thomas Wesley Poss, President and CEO of Eduro Networks LLC, has an extensive background in real estate, historic rehabilitation, and land development. He most recently was a managing member of Millennium Management LLC; a Frederick-based project management company that managed over a dozen residential and commercial developments that Tom participated in. Collectively, Tom has been involved in the development of over 2000 residential lots and commercial/industrial projects that at build out are collectively valued in excess of 500 million. During his career as a developer, he gained first hand knowledge of the struggle by both developers and their customers to find a company who could provide business class data services in a reliable and responsive fashion. In 2005, he co-founded Eduro to address that need and since has expanded Eduro into a full service broadband and VoIP provider. A lifelong resident of Frederick County Tom brings an understanding of the needs of the local business community and directs the ongoing growth of Eduro.Tom resides in Middletown, Maryland.

Chief Operating Officer

Ken Lund, a managing member of Eduro Networks LLC, is an expert in both voice and data communications having over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications field. Since 2000 Ken has served as executive vice president and founding partner of AccessIP, an International telecommunications company focused on establishing international networks via a combination of satellite fiber and VOIP technologies. Prior to the creation of AccessIP Ken was a vice president for MCI Telecommunications serving over 16 years in various international assignments including large account management, direct sales, and marketing management. Ken is a graduate of Portland State University and also served our country in the US ARMY Special Forces as a staff sergeant serving from 1980 – 1984. Ken is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and currently resides in Miami Beach, Florida.

Director, Sales

Ken Ober, Director of Sales, is an entrepreneur and senior sales management professional with a twenty year record of achievement. In 2003, Ken was the founding member and President of Ober Wireless, LLC, operating multiple Verizon Wireless retail locations in Maryland and Virginia. In early 2008, Ken sold his business and was appointed Director of Sales for LP Global Solutions FZ LLC based in Dubai, UAE. There he developed the strategic sales plan and lead sales efforts to distribute Data-com, Storage, & Security products and solutions to resellers and enterprise level clients in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) regions. Prior to 2003, Ken held various sales management positions with several high profile Information Technology and Telecommunications organizations in the Washington D.C. region. Ken resides in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Director of Marketing

Glenn has been with Eduro Networks since 2006 as Director of Marketing with over 14 years of experience in telecom product development, customer acquisition and service and retention. Glenn, a former MCI director, pioneered their global expansion into international markets with consumer products. Most recently, he has served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Time Warner Cable in Tokyo, Japan and Chief Operating Officer of WinStar Japan where he oversaw the first international launch of Cable TV, Telephony and Broadband services outside the US and established the largest Fixed Wireless Broadband Network in Asia. At Eduro Glenn oversees marketing and assists with business development.

Glenn earned his B.A. in History from University of Massachusetts/Amherst and resides in Sarasota, Florida.

Business Manager

Jodi recently rejoined the new Eduro Networks as Business & Human Resources Manager. Jodi overseas all Customer Billing and Human Resources. Jodi was most recently HR and Project Specialist at James G. Davis Construction Company in Rockville, MD. Previously, Jodi was with Eduro Technologies and Millennium Management where she oversaw customer communicatons. Jodi has a B.S. in Sociology for the University of New York Potsdam and resides in Frederick.
