Bill Gibbs

Director of Network Operations

Bill Gibbs brings over 15 years of experience in telecom and ISP business to his role as director of networks operations at Eduro Networks LLC. Prior to joining Eduro five years ago, he worked for a local ISP and prior to that he worked for Digex, a national Tier 1 provider. At Digex he provided customer support, managed customer services, coordinated DSL roll out, and network center monitoring. He has extensive knowledge of Cisco and other top brand networking equipment in a WAN/LAN environment. Additionally, Bill has knowledge of VoIP product offerings, configuration, support and installation. Bill resides in Frederick, Maryland.

Mark Drew

Manager of Voice Operations & Project Manager

Mark Drew joined Eduro's network operations team in 2008 with over five years of experience as a technician and programmer of business telecommunications systems. Before joining Eduro he worked extensively on installing and programming Tadiran Coral PBX systems, including: Coral iPX 500 / 800 / 5000, Coral Ice, Coral Sl, as well as with uCMC, WiCMC, iCMC voicemail systems. Mark earned an associates degree from Frederick Community College. He has also received a Coral Installation and Maintenance Certification from Tadiran America, as well as ND&I Certification from AMP Netconnect. Mark recently moved back to Frederick, Maryland from Colorado.

Scott Stambaugh

Manager of Broadband Operations

Scott Stambaugh has over 7 years of experience in broadband deployment with Eduro Networks. Scott, a Miller/Troll Certified Tower Climber, has been responsible for all major tower deployments and most customer installs of broadband services. Scott’s expertise in the deployment of microwave radio links in every conceivable installation has earned him high praise in the market. Prior to eduro, Scott had 10 years experience in general contracting and worked and lived in Breckenridge, CO where he also worked for a property management company. Scott has an A.A. in Drafting and Design from Tampa Technical Institute, but has also studied at Fredrick Community College and Colorado Mountain College.  In addition to climbing towers, Scott is an avid rock climber, skier and boater that lives in downtown Frederick with his family.

Terrence Myers

Network Tech

Terrence has been with Eduro Networks since 2006 and is responsible for assisting tower deployment and customer installations. Prior to Eduro, Terrence was a Data Integration Analyst with Wells Fargo. In addition, Terrence was a Foreman with Frederick Lawn Service. Terrence has also studied at Frostburg State University and resides in Frederick.

Chris Poss

Network Tech

Chris Poss, Network Tech - Chris recently joined Eduro as Network Tech as is responsible for assisting both customer installations and Tower radio deployment. Chris was formerly owner and operator of Frederick Lawn Service from 2003-2009, where he managed over 100 commercial clients landscaping needs throughout Frederick, Washington and Montgomery County. Chris resides in Frederick

David Overton

Network Engineer

David recently joined Eduro Networks and is responsible for the configuration, installation, testing and activation of Managed Firewall services. In addition, David will assist with new customer accounts on Eduro voice and data networks. David was recently with Mlend as Director of IT. At Mlend, David was responsible for migrating all third party solutions in-house as well as software and applications management. David also has experience with managing voice PBX for single site and multiple offices. David attended Accutech Business Institute where he received his MCP and is working toward completing his MCSE certification.
